Heart Attack:
Tightness or pain in the center of the chest that may come and go
Discomfort or pain in your shoulders, arms, back, neck, teeth, jaw or abdomen
Shortness of breath
Anxiety
Dizziness
Sweating
Nausea, vomiting or both
Unexplained or unusual fatigue
Stroke: (A sudden on-set of one or more of the following)
Numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side
Trouble speaking or understanding
Trouble seeing in one or both eyes
Dizziness, nausea, loss of coordination\Severe headache
Weakness
Chest pain or breathlessness
Aneurysm:
Sudden and severe headache or pain above or behind the eye
Weakness or paralysis on one side of the face
Dilated pupils or changes in vision including light sensitivity
Nausea or vomiting
Stiff neck
Loss of consciousness or ability or orient to time or place
